Return Policy

FLSUN guarantees that refund service, replacement service and warranty repair service can be applied under the following conditions. Please contact FLSUN for more details.

Request for return service

Return service can be provided within 15 days after receiving the product. For returns arising from product quality issues, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by FLSUN; for returns arising from non-product quality issues, buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. An extra charge may be applied if parts are broken or missing or non-salable components.

Return service will not be provided in the following cases :

× The product sent to FLSUN for return and refund service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., has cracks, dents or scratches.

× No legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is provided or is reasonably believed to be forged or tampered with.

× Any failure or damage to the product was caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or

improper installation or operation.

× The product label, serial number, waterproof mark, etc. have been tampered with.

× Damage to the product caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, high wind, or lightning strike.

× The product is not delivered to FLSUN within seven (7) calendar days after FLSUN issues a refund service confirmation.

× Other cases specified in this policy.

Request for replacement service

√ Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product, if the product has suffered significant damage in transit, provided that a certificate of damage issued by the carrier is provided to FLSUN.

√ Within fifteen days of receipt of the product if the product does not conform to the original description of the product in one or more material respects.

√ If the product fails to perform, within fifteen days of receipt of the product.

Replacement service will not be provided in the following cases:

× Service is requested more than fifteen days after receipt of the product.

× No legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is provided, or there is reason to believe that it has been forged or tampered with.

× The product sent to FLSUN for replacement does not include all original parts, accessories, and packaging, or contains items damaged due to user error.

× The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by FLSUN.

× Any failure or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to wet environments, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or incorrect installation or operation.

× There are signs of tampering with product labels, serial numbers, water damage marks, etc.

× The damage was caused by external factors beyond control, including fire, flood, high wind, or lightning strike.

× The received product is not returned to FLSUN within seven days after FLSUN confirms the replacement.

× Proof of damage during transportation issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

× Other cases specified in this policy.

Work to be done before obtaining after-sales service

√ The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.

√ FLSUN must document when the buyer troubleshoots the product.

√ The serial number of the defective product and/or visible proof describing the defect is required.

√ It may be necessary to return the product for quality inspection.

Valid proof of purchase :

Order number for online purchase through FLSUN or an authorized FLSUN distributor.

Sales Invoice

A dated sales receipt from an authorized FLSUN distributor showing the description and price of the product.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process warranty claims (e.g. remittance receipt and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 bussiness days.
